  • Poulsbo RV Award Winners at RVBusiness

Every year, RVBusiness gets together and chooses the best of the best new RVs for that year. And this year, we know that couldn’t have been easy. According to RVBusiness Publisher and Executive Editor Rick Kessler, “This was an especially difficult year because it was obvious RV manufacturers really zeroed in on making significant upgrades for the 2026 model year.”

We do our best to find those upgrades that we know our customers want, always with one eye on the best price we can offer for these top-grade features. Every year, it’s a balancing act.

This year, we think we outdid ourselves: four winners on the list! Let’s go over the list.

2026 Finalist RV of the Year: The Keystone Walkabout 26MAX

    2026 Keystone Walkabout

This Travel Trailer is not only built for the wild, but it is fitted out for a whole-family adventure. With a bunkhouse layout inside and a rough-and-ready list of exterior features, you’ll be able to take on the outdoors like never before. The Keystone Walkabout offers no fluff, no waste, just gear that works when you need it most.

From the largest pass-through storage in the industry, to CURT Touring Suspension, 15″ AT tires, anti-lock brakes, and one-touch 3-point leveling, this trailer is a beast.

Equipped with solar power for off-grid fun, it’s also sturdily built to prevent damage by the elements. The Alpha-Bond sealant system is topped off with 11-gauge powder-coated roof rails and corners.

We’re always ready if needed, but we expect these trailers won’t be coming in often for leak repairs.

And then there are the smart little quality touches:

    • All-weather gear/boot drop zone
    • Exterior fold-down kitchen
    • Exterior spray hose for cleaning gear
    • Built in hooks for fishing rods

From the big features to the smallest details, the Walkabout is ready to go.

The interior of the Walkabout is entirely about enjoying the great outdoors in complete comfort. But that doesn’t add up to a boring travel trailer interior.

Natural light floods in through the patent-pending atrium style slide-out. With windows above and on every side, you’ll see all the outdoor beauty from complete comfort.

The full-featured kitchen will be a dream to cook up store-bought groceries, or today’s catch. The double bunk-beds will provide sleeping room for all the kids.

And best of all – when the kids don’t actually go right to sleep – the parents have sliding double-door entry privacy doors.

Plentiful storage hides under all the seating and the bunk stairs. And there’s even a gear door to let you load in larger items.

2026 RVBusiness Top RV Debut: Forest River Un•Mapped & Lost Pines

The Un•Mapped are a lineup of bigger, half-ton trailers with more space, smart layouts and new features found nowhere else. Let’s start with the Trailgate system. Instead of just pairing up an entertainment system with an exterior kitchen, the Un•Mapped debuts the new outdoor bar setup that maximizes seating space while providing an area to prepare food and entertain guests.

PLUS! It pairs up on the inside with the Bar2Table feature, which comes complete with a flip-up, food truck-style window for open air dining and pristine views. Extend the pull-out table, and seat four in front of the flip-out window.

If you’re concerned that all of these brand-new innovations means some of the older features had to be sacrificed, don’t give it a second thought. The six Un•Mapped floor plans include Azdel composite wall panels, a king bed, Goodyear tires with a tire pressure monitoring system and 400 watts of solar standard with inverter prep. Inside, Un•Mapped provides all the modern comforts such as a tankless hot water heater, 15,000-Btu air conditioner and central vacuum system. RVers can make the memories last even longer into the season with the Extended Season Package featuring 12-volt heated tank pads and an enclosed underbelly with forced heat.

For larger families, check out the 26BH bunk house model. With all these new features and room for everyone, this will be the RV season the whole family will remember for a lifetime.

Picture a place where the trees and the mist calls to your spirit, yet warmth, comfort and indulgence surrounds you. Welcome to the new Lost Pines high-end luxury destination trailer, the revolutionary Forest River RV that redefines luxury outdoor living.

First inspired by the pine forests of Upper Michigan – so very much like our own Upper Peninsula here in Washington State – the design of the Lost Pines is unique, different from any other destination trailer on the market. The vision for Lost Pines is to combine the very best rugged outdoor aesthetics with breath-taking, spacious interiors. And with three models, one will be the perfect fit for your family and friends.

The exterior wrap is influenced by wild beauty, with sophisticated features like high-gloss gelcoat full body paint and a 3” thick hung Azdel insulated sidewalls, suitable for year-round living, even long-term.

Early morning sunrises or brilliant sunsets seen through the dual-pane, square windows that maximize panoramic views are a serene indoor-outdoor experience.

Inside, the galley kitchen features premium appliances, solid-surface countertops, and hardwood cabinetry. A spa-inspired bath, dual-closet bedroom, and expansive storage highlight its modern and functional design, delivering luxury and innovation in every detail.

Lost Pines offers travelers a choice in how they experience their luxury retreat. Hemlock caters to entertainers with its expansive living area, island kitchen, and L‑shaped sectional, perfect for gathering friends and family. Sequoia provides a cozier retreat, featuring a dedicated desk space ideal for quiet mornings, work from anywhere flexibility, or unwinding with a view. The Aspen creates a family home, with loft space for the kids and more storage for more kid equipment and toys.

Each layout embodies its own character while delivering the same signature blend of refinement with standard amenities like solid surface countertops, washer and dryer combo, hardwood dovetail drawers, and a massive free-standing oven.

“Lost Pines is not so much a place as it is a state of mind,” said Curtis Gunter, Lost Pines General Manager. “It’s for those who crave a deep connection to the outdoors but still desire exceptional craftsmanship and refined interior spaces. We set out to create a trailer that delivers both.”

  • New from Forest River – The Un•Mapped Travel Trailer

For more than 15 years, we at Poulsbo RV have been carrying the Forest River R•Pod line. Built at their nearby Hood River plant, that small, well-built tear-drop design is an ever-popular part of our line. Then we added the No•Boundaries line, to gain their rugged towables and destination designs meant to head further off-road than we ever imagined.

And now, we are pleased to add the latest member of the R•Pod Family to our lineup: the Un•Mapped!

For larger families, check out the 26BH bunk house model. With all these new features and room for everyone, this will be the RV season the whole family will remember for a lifetime.

Once upon a time, R•Pods were trusted, full-featured small tear-drop trailers. With the addition of the new Un•Mapped line, they’re ready to appeal to those looking for modern design, everyday practicality, and RV enthusiasts, whether they’re friends, families or both.

If this sounds like your kind of fun RV, let us know! We’ll arrange to show you the Un•Mapped or any of our quality travel trailers.

The Alpine & Alpine Avalanche Four Season Fifth Wheels

When you want to live the RV life, the change of seasons can get in the way. But not with Poulsbo RVs newest Keystones: the Alpine and the Alpine Avalanche. These Fifth Wheels are ready to travel the world wherever and whenever you are.

    The Keystone Alpine

The Alpine is an embodiment of contemporary design and unparalleled innovation, where luxury meets cutting-edge technology to create an experience that is as fresh as it is unforgettable. With sleek lines, smart features, and ultimate-luxury amenities standard, Alpine Fifth wheels are an *excellent* choice for the four-season RV lifestyle.

One of the most striking features? The Keystone Wide Body 100” construction. The inside *feels big* and the carefully placed windows provide light and air rare in any RV!

Then there are all the innovative options! These include the one-touch six-point level-up system to provide camping ease. The full body paint protects MAX TURN high-gloss fiber glass front cap. With an impressive list of industry-leading advancements including features such as SolarFlex™ high-quality RV solar energy systems, Equa-Flex suspension, Therma-Shield holding tank protection system, Heated and enclosed underbelly, Astro foil reflective layer on roof, front and rear walls, and Insulation in the floor wrapped in Darco protective fabric, and more–Alpine sets the bar for four-season living.

    The Keystone Alpine Avalanche Edition

The Avalanche Edition of the Keystone Alpine has the same bones as its sibling: the same Wide Body construction and spacious interior, the same SolarFlex™ system, the same Polar Pack for four-season living, and the same Residential kitchen and Theater-system living room with the plushest of seating and a 4K 65” television. Even the bathrooms in all Alpines are Residential and equipped with tankless heaters!

Bunkhouse versions have sleeping space for as many as 9. Couples double-bedroom suites both have full en suite baths. *ALL* Alpines are built for full-on, five-star hotel luxury.

So what makes an Avalanche different? A slightly shorter floorplan and a lower price. That’s all. So if you feel uncomfortable towing a longer fifth wheel (or if your budget needs a little more leeway) then the Avalanche is how you can have the full Alpine experience without any downsides.

    The Arcadia Fifth Wheel

Just in time for Spring daydreaming! As the days get colder and grayer, and the sun sets before we even get home, we’ve brought on the spring! With the Keystone Arcadia line, you can start your Spring planning now!

The Arcadia Fifth Wheel line is our newest Keystone, including the Super Lite and the ultra-affordable Arcadia Select.

Arcadia’s philosophy is simple: no matter the floorplan, the fundamentals remain the same. These stunning Super Lite models offer Arcadia’s signature, but in lighter, easy-to-tow lengths. It’s a new approach for RVs in this weight class, and we think you’re going to love it.

Let’s start with their Keystone weathertight build. Keystone tests *ALL* its RVs in their cold chamber, certifying them down to 0° F. So you can start the RVing season early, and end it late. It’s all part of their Peak Weather Protection Package, which includes:

    ·  35,000 BTUs high output furnace

    ·  Fully enclosed, insulated holding tanks with 12V heat pads

    ·  Reflective insulation in floor, roof, and front wall

    ·  Electric fireplace with 5,100BTU of heat

    ·  BladePure™ High Performance ducting with Merv-9 filter

    ·  Heated Pass-Thru storage

    ·  Nautilus Water Management System

There there’s the floor.  The high-performance, water resistant floor.

Stronger, lighter and more resilient than traditional wood laminated flooring, Keystone’s exclusive HyperDeck™ is an excellent example of how the Keystone Innovation Lab challenges industry norms to build better RV’s. By its nature, traditional wood floor construction presents the possibility of taking on water, key for RV owners who need to remain vigilant to keep moisture out of their coaches. Hyperdeck replaces wood with 100% inorganic materials, designed to resist water and water damage.

The presence of a Girard Tankless Water Heater is a luxury for some, but it’s the sort that quickly turns into a necessity. The advantages include:

    • 42,000 BTUs provides the optimum performance for an RV’s plumbing
    • No special LP gas lines or special plumbing required
    • Quiet, brushless motor
    • 12V power operates at less than 3 AMPs
    • Freeze protection enables reliable winter use
    • Designed specifically for recreational vehicles
    • Compact design – fits in any tank water heater cut-out opening

Add in the impossibly versatile, exceptionally designed, SolarFlex  Solar Energy and you have a  system that’s shattering customers’ expectations of factory solar power. SolarFlex™ eliminates the guesswork, delivering affordable, high-quality RV solar energy systems.

Finally — and perhaps best of all – is the Curt ARV pin box. With its unique pivoting pin design, Arcadia’s ARV pin box minimizes fore-to-aft chucking for safer towing. Flexible, rubberized grommets at all attachment points reduce vibration by 50%, eliminating wear and tear on your RV.

As for the Interior, take a look for yourself. Whether it’s the Arcadia Super-Lite or the Arcadia Select, you’ll find beautiful, well-built interiors with plenty of high-end amenities. Easy to tow, easy to enjoy, this might be the perfect Fifth Wheel for you. Come in and take a look for yourself.

    The Reign Travel Trailer

The Reign is an all-new, ergonomically designed, premium single-axle travel trailer, built to elevate your camping experience with its compact layout and impressive features.

To start with, the body and skin of the Reign is a brilliant new design: the outer layer is an exclusive automotive-finished laminate of sheet of aluminum. That’s where much of the lightweight, wood-less structure comes from. No wood? That means no rot is even possible.

No Aluminum studs? One of the big advantages of this type of build is that it’s both strong and light, much like traditional Azdel-style laminated walls. But the aluminum studs are a poor insulator so there are times you can literally “see” them if the temperature is just right.

So, not only is this a strong built but there are fewer thermal losses.

The unique wall construction is built on a B-A-L frame. The significance of that is that these frames are bolted together with huck bolts rather than being welded. These frames are stronger and more watertight.

Then there’s the ride. Equipped with Dexter’s Torflex® torsion axles, campers will appreciate a smoother ride, minimizing road shock and vehicle damage over time.

    Inside the Reign

If you like that sleek, clean European RV style, you are going to love the interior of the Reign. It’s bright and cozy, and the 78″ interior height will give you plenty of space to move about.

You will also enjoy the ultrabright LED light strip and solid surface countertops in the kitchen, along with a large 12-volt refrigerator. A two-burner cooktop and air fryer/convection microwave will let you cook meals each day, and there is a huge countertop plus a flip-up extension for even more prep space. The fireplace is sure to make your RV feel like home!

The flip-down Murphy Bed will complete your day easily, while leaving plenty of space during the day.

    Reign Interior Features

If you’re looking for a camper that will last, provide clean interior and exterior style, and offers Keystone’s quality build and features, come in or call, and ask us more. We’ll be glad to talk about the Reign all day.
